Directions: There are 3 different parking areas for trail access. Trailhead begins at the Railroad Wye in the City of Ashton, turn N. on Park Ave. follow until you reach the Wye; continue East on Hwy. 47 to either Warm River Campground or Bear Gulch.
Information
With a view of the majestic Teton Mountains, groomed trails from Ashton provide routes to the popular Mesa Falls area, Yellowstone's Cave Falls and Grand Teton National Park. The area has wide open powder riding across rolling hills and 400+ miles of groomed trails on private and public land through the Targhee National Forest. Trails from Mesa Falls lead north to Island Park and Yellowstone National Park. A 45-mph speed limit on all groomed trails is enforced and snowmobile rentals are available nearby.
