Silver Mountain Resort in Kellogg, Idaho receives over 300” of famously-light snow and offers a big-mountain experience on 2,200 vertical feet of varied terrain. The ski area spans two mountains - Kellogg Peak (6,300 ft.) and Wardner Peak (6,200 ft.) - three bowls, 67 named runs plus extensive off-piste, parks & pipe, new gladed areas, and is home to some of the finest powder stashes you’ll find anywhere.
The high-speed gondola ride to the mountain whisks visitors away from Gondola Village, which is located only ¼-mile off Interstate 90. The Village consists of Silver Rapids Indoor Waterpark (an amenity of Morning Star Lodge), shops, dining, Morning Star Lodge luxury accommodations, real estate opportunities and a day spa.
Silver Rapids is a year-round indoor waterpark the size of a football field, complete with a FlowRider surf wave, warm pools, lazy river, slides, kid’s play area and much more.
Bike Country USA! Silver Mountain has epic downhill mountain biking June through August with an extensive network of trails. Gondola Village serves as a trailhead to the famous Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes and just up the road from Silver is the “must ride” Route of the Hiawatha.
