Information
Bitner Vineyard was planted in 1981, with the first production in 1985. There are 15 acres planted to Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, Merlot, Shiraz, Petite Verdot, and Voignier. Greg Koenig from Koenig Vineyards bottles wine with grapes from this vineyard under both the Koenig and Bitner labels. Ron and Mary Bitner welcome you to their family owned winery where they specialize in award winning Chardonnay and Cabernet Savignon.
The Bitners have been growing high quality grapes in Canyon County for over 29 years.
