For over 14 years Peak Adventures has offered guided snowcat powder skiing and snowboarding December-April in the St. Joe Mountains of northern Idaho. Two guides accompany each group and lead just 11 skiers and boarders to the best snow and terrain. Each run varies from 1000-2000 vertical feet on 25-40 degree slopes. Prices are reasonable at $275 per day including lunch and snacks, with an addition of $145 per night for overnight yurt trips and fabulous gourmet meals. Escape from the crowds and have the mountains to yourselves, with endless untracked powder.
