The most popular, exciting, and educational tour in Northern Idaho for adventurers of all ages! On this unique tour, you will personally experience the actual methods of hard-rock mining in the richest silver district on earth! An experienced miner will guide you through a real silver mine, operating an authentic mucker, slusher, and jack-leg drill while explaining historic and modern mining techniques. On the short trip to and from the mine aboard our vintage trolley, you will be treated to a narrated tour of Historic Wallace, the Silver Capitol of the World. Tours depart from the ticket office on the corner of 5th and Bank Street for the mine every 30 minutes.
