Information
A small town 4th of July celebration. Morning begins with breakfast in the park, parade begins around 11:00 am followed by the porcupine races. All the activities are centered around the city park in downtown Council and on the football field between the grade school and high school. A great day of family entertainment. Quilt show at grade school, music, food booths and sawing contests. Spectacular fireworks at dusk by the grade school. Outlaw Dragster Races.
