The Pierce Mountain GEM Community Team is sponsoring the 8th Annual Festival of Trees on Friday, December 11th from 6-8 p.m. at the Pierce Community Center. Area businesses and organizations have decorated a wide variety of holiday items, including artificial trees, wreaths, swags, centerpieces, gift baskets and stockings. Beginning at 6:30 p.m., these items will be sold to the highest bidder. There will be free refreshments, musical entertainment, and crafts to keep the kids busy while Mom & Dad are shopping. So, mark your calendar for this festive and worthwhile event. All proceeds go to fund local community improvement projects.
