Upon arrival to our beautiful 60-acre ranch, you’ll board covered wagons that will transport you back in time to our Ol’ West Town of Coolwater. The park-like, shaded lawn in the middle of town offers a peaceful area for guest tables, picnic blankets, squirt-gun fights, western shoot-outs or just plain relaxing. Coolwater features a built-in stage and dance floor, a volleyball court, and horse-shoe pits, all set in the privacy and magic of a private town.
