This is an action packed event with experienced Outfitters and Guides offering discounted raft trips. Come paddle HUGE class III and IV rapids and enjoy the magnificent scenery of the second deepest gorge in North America. Get your thrill seeking in, as you participate or watch the boats go BIG in boat munching waves with names like The Pencil Sharpener, The Pancake Wave, The Big Easy and The Haystack.
Arrive at the Riggins City Park in the afternoon in time to enter your specialty in the Dutch Oven Cook-Off Contest; and be sure to show up for your opportunity to get a plate and taste the savory dishes! Listen to great live music with Current Flow in the evening and soak up the first river day of the summer.
Riggins is centrally located just 3 hours north of Boise or 2 hours south of Lewiston on US Highway 95.
