Cold Springs Winery produces many varieties of internationally acclaimed wines, including Chardonnay, Riesling, Merlot, Syrah and Pinot Noir. Located in the Snake River canyon, which is part of the high mountain desert of Idaho, the wines enjoy strong spirited nuances influenced by the basalt lava flows that underlie the region. Vibrant flavors of currant and spice abound in the reds, and a crisp hint of sage creates a pleasant surprise in its whites.
