Information

Redfish Lake, in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area, is named for the brilliant Sockeye Salmon that once came to spawn in such massive quantities that the lake appeared red. The Redfish Center offers a variety of interpretive activities and evening programs, including nature walks, Jr. Ranger programs, discovery stations, and boat tours. Topics range from cultural history to geology, wildlife, and many others! Come check out the local art gallery, watch a movie on wolverines, or maybe upload your beautiful vacation photos on our free wi-fi!
