Eagle is 13 miles west of Boise on Highway 44. Recently, Eagle has grown dramatically to about 20,000. Downtown is the Saturday Market which runs from May through October. In June, Eagle Fun days is sponsored by the Eagle Chamber of Commerce. The weekend-long event has the world's largest Rocky Mountain Oyster Feed, a golf tournament, parade, carnival, bike race, and pancake breakfast.
Through the rest of the hot summer months, swim and relax at Eagle Island State Park. Bike Sports Complex parks featuring a new BMX track, dowhhill and cross country bike trails. Come see our beautiful parks, enjoy our amazing restaurants and one of the many concerts at the Eagle River Pavilion.
