Clear Springs Foods is the world's largest trout farm raising more than 20 million pounds of rainbow trout each year, conducting research and development, manufacturing fish feed, processing fish and marketing specialty products. In the company's public viewing area, one can see sturgeon and various species of trout. The web site offers recipes and lesson plans for teachers.
