Information

Julia Davis Park stretches along the Boise River across from Boise State University and hosts many of the city's most popular events. Cultural amenities in the park include the Boise Art Museum, Discovery Center of Idaho, Idaho State Historical Museum, Idaho Black History Museum, and Zoo Boise. Julia Davis Park has a rose garden, band shell, picnic shelters, a playground, ponds, restrooms, and a footbridge to the university across the river. One of Boise's best craft fairs, Art in the Park, is held here each September. The Boise River Greenbelt, a popular pathway for pedestrians and bicyclists, traverses the park.
