Information
Shakespeare Festival, a non-profit, professional arts organization located in Boise, is Idaho's premier professional repertory theater. The Festival produces the works of William Shakespeare and other classic playwrights each June-September at the Festival's outdoor amphitheater, located along the Boise River. The site has a host of patron amenities including riverside dining, habitat viewing and state-of-the-art theater facilities for the nearly 53,000 patrons who attend each season. The Festival also offers year-round educational programming with a Drama School, internships, apprenticeships and statewide school tours.
